Breeze™ is a PRO-based (patient-reported outcomes) Medical Cannabis Navigator™ that enables patients continuously and in real-time to easily measure the effects of medical cannabis on their health and monitor for potentially unwanted side effects for their own purposes and for the benefit of their healthcare providers. Conventional remote patient monitoring is expensive and challenging to scale. Infrequent clinical appointments capture only a limited cross section of patient data and is not tailored for individual use. The ubiquity of smartphones and emerging accessibility of other devices means that data, properly managed and contextualized, can significantly add to the quality of data available for patients to base decisions.

Our service subscription plans are the following:

The length of the subscription is one month or one year.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Information about the auto-renewable nature of the subscription:
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
